The olive loaf baked up with a crust that cracked beautifully, and the inside was chewy and tangy just like my local bakery's. Pulling a sourdough from the freezer and having it taste this fresh is honestly a game changer for weeknight dinners.

I’ve never had a frozen bread actually taste this fresh, but the olive loaf came out of the oven with that perfect crisp crust and soft, tangy center. The sourdough was just as good, and it’s so convenient to bake one at a time.

The plain sourdough loaf went from freezer to table in about 25 minutes and gave me that crackly crust I’ve missed from bakery trips. The slow fermented olive ciabatta’s crumb had those nice, uneven holes you only get from real proofing. I’ve already ordered a second box.
