Baked a whole batch for a brunch and the layers came out impossibly crisp while the centers stayed soft and buttery. Took about 20 minutes from frozen, which made hosting way less stressful. The 48 count is a serious win for feeding a crowd.
Frozen dough means I can bake just two at a time, and they still come out shatteringly flaky on the outside with that soft, tender middle. The whole box lasted me three weeks of weekend breakfasts, which is honestly great value for the size.
