Robert ★★★★★

The garlic is minced fine enough that it melts into the crust, and the rosemary really comes through in every bite. It's got that tangy, slow-fermented depth you only get from a proper starter, and it stayed fresh for almost a week on my counter. I've already sliced half of it just for toast.

James ★★★★★

The crumb is so open and airy, with a tang that actually tastes like it’s been fermenting for days. I sliced it thin for bruschetta and the garlic and rosemary were perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. My whole kitchen smelled incredible while it toasted.

Natalie ★★★★★

The crust has that perfect crackly bite while the inside stays tender, and I can taste the tang from the starter in every slice. It took days for them to make this, and honestly you can tell—it's worth every bit of that wait.
