Montreal bagels are hand rolled and boiled in honey water. They are then baked to perfection in a woodburning oven, giving them a distinctive flavor and golden brown color. We love them warm with scallion cream cheese.

Sebastian Z. ★★★★★

Popped one in the toaster straight out of the box and the wood-fired char on the outside actually came through in the taste — deep, smoky, not just for show. The golden brown crust stayed crisp while the inside stayed chewy, exactly how a Montreal bagel should be. Wish the pack lasted longer, honest

Emma T. ★★★★★

The charred spots from the wood oven are what got me—smoky, crisp outside but still chewy inside. I sliced one open while it was warm and it needed nothing but butter. Way better than any grocery store bagel I've had recently.

Edward E. ★★★★★

That honey-water boil gives them that subtle sweetness you don't get from regular bagels, and the wood-fired crust is perfectly crisp with a chewy inside. I've already eaten two just warm with butter, and the rest went straight in the freezer for later.
